4 CEDAR Bird Houses 2 House Wren (Titmouse) & 2 Chickadee Easy to Open and Clean

Hello and Welcome to River in the Woods!!
You are looking at 4 (four) Brand New Hand Made Cedar Bird Houses.  You will receive 2 Wren/Titmouse and 2 Chickadee houses.  If you would like a different combination, please let me know when you make payment.  The houses are made from Cedar fence pickets that are 5/8" thick.  They are made in my garage with the help of my 10 year old daughter and 13 year old son. Each house has a 15 degree sloped roof to allow for water runoff, a 5/8" thick predator guard on front to keep out pesky cat and raccoon arms.  The houses are put together using 1" long crown staples and a 1" screw to secure the opening door.  The roof, front and predator guard are routered for better appearance.  Each house will come with a 3" screw and predrilled hole in the roof to attach the bird house to a post or tree.
The specifications for the Wren/Titmouse house are:
9" tall in back, 7.5" tall in front, 5.5" wide, and 4.5" deep
The hole drilled in the front is 1.25" in diameter, the proper size for a house wren/titmouse.
The specifications for the Chickadee house are:
9" tall in back, 7.5" tall in front, 5.5" wide, and 4.5" deep
The hole drilled in the front is 1.125" in diameter, the proper size for a chickadee.
