Shipping Policy

All Orders will be dispatched on the Same Working Day if ordered by 2 pm afternoon, or within 24 hours (Monday –Friday excluding holidays) after the clearance of payment into our PayPal Account.
We ship mostly via German Post, other services like FedEx, UPS, DHL etc also available, please select by checking out your prefered shipping service. If you require a faster or alternate shipping method, please get in touch with us before. We also offer combine shipping for all orders.
All deliveries are subject to stock availability and payment confirmation into our PayPal. However, if there are any delays or issues, we will inform you of any such delay in our earliest possible, within 12-24 hours.

International shipment may take 1-6 weeks for delivery depending on your country.
Non EU countries have some time Import duties, taxes, and charges, These are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be befor you make a purchase.
Some International packages may or may not show package progress and tracking, this depends on your country's postal system and whether they offer this service. Small packages are shipped with German Post will not show progress there is only a shipping receipt for these shipments that we keep on file.
