Gorgeous TEA ROSE Spring-Summer applique Quilt to Finish - great supplies

FOR A CREATIVE QUILTER WHO LOVES TO APPLIQUE!
ESTATE:
Absolutely gorgeous, traditional Tea Rose in pinks & greens. The sample, finished block measures 17-1/2" square, ready to finish at 16 inches. The applique work on this one block has been beautifully hand done.
It appears everything you need to finish this quilt (or coverlet?) may be here -excluding backing - and most (if not all) of the pre-cutting has been done. Here's what's in this lot:
Uncut Fabric
(over 7-1/2 yards):
1. Solid medium moss green 36" x 27"
2. Patterned moss green 28" x 26"
3. Solid rose color 1 yard 9"x 42"
4. Rose pattern 1 yard 24" x 42" (this is a VIP Cranston Fabric)
5. Fine white fabric 3 yards 20" x 44"
Pre-Cuts:
(note that a large number of these have already had edges turned and basted)
1. (6) complete "sets" of pieces for a block - each held together with a
single stitch of thread (on the right of the pre-cuts picture).
2. Looks like an additional 6-8 cut sets loose
3. Nineteen 18" white fabric squares
3. One finished block and one started block
Additionally
There are pattern notes and copied block designs along with
plastic templates
for the pieces. These were done by the owner and are not commercial items. And (almost forgot) 5 spools of matching Mettler, Swiss, silk finish cotton embroidery thread to work with!
