Featuring an all-wood construction with a gloss veneer and hand painted and stenciled designs, this birdhouse will attract only the coolest birds around! Cleanout is simple—just undo one Philips head screw on the back plate and clean it out for the next residents! This lovely house hangs by one attached metal hanger.
Condition:
This birdhouse is UNUSED and is in EXCELLENT condition. The house should be ready to hang out of the box. The black paint has a few marks of storage wear and the wood has a nick in the side. The design is lovely and in fantastic condition!

Returns:
I accept a no-questions-asked money back return policy granted the request is made up to 30 days after the item arrives. I refund only the purchase price of the item and, if free return shipping is offered on the listing, the full return shipping. It is your responsibility to return the item to me in the same condition it was sent to you. If the item is returned in an inferior condition as to how it was sent, a full return might not be granted. New items that come back in an inferior condition or are removed from their original packaging will not be granted a full refund.
