This is a wonderful sculpture of a manor house that is hand-painted with great detail.
1:12 scale is also known as doll scale. It is commonly used in dollhouses. The 1:12 represents a ratio that is 1/12 the size of a normal object. In other words for every foot of a full-size item, the miniature will measure 1 inch.
All products are shipped securely in a certified box. We do not ship in envelopes; although this is cheaper, products tend to get ruined. Shipping charges include the postage and the packaging cost.
