SHIPPING & HANDLING:
Your choice of USPS first class padded envelope or USPS small flat rate box.  I usually ship within 1 day after payment is received.  Your dental instrument will also be wrapped in bubble wrap in a bubble envelope.

Returns accepted within 14 days after buyer's receipt of item.  We do utilize delivery confirmation.  (Buyer pays return shipping & handling.)  Item must be received back by us in the same new condition that it was sent.  If item is in its original package, item cannot be returned if package is opened or backing materials are damaged.  Credit will be given to the buyer's PayPal account.  All damages or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of buyer's receipt. There is a 10% restocking fee for any returned item.
