The annual Carnival Festival was held in Manila during the American colonial period up to World War ll. It showcased the industrial and agricultural progress of the Philippines. The highlight is the crowning of the Carnival Queen. The photo has excellent clarity and contrast. The postcard is in very good condition. The bottom right corner has a tiny crease.
