Vintage 5.25” Clear Glass Compote with Sterling Silver Base Foot

Vintage Clear Glass Compote with Sterling Silver 925 Base Foot. This gorgeous piece stands approximately 4.25” tall and bowl is approximately 5.25 from rim to rim. Base is approximately 3”. Marked “sterling” on bottom but no maker’s hallmark observed. It is in good vintage condition with minor signs of age and use such as minor scratches and tarnishing. No chips or cracks observed but there is a very minor raised line (not a scratch) on the glass running from the top of the base to the top of the glass rim. You can catch this line with your fingernail and I believe it can be polished out. This line might be glue or epoxy that seeped out from attaching the base and glass. I’m not sure if this was during original manufacturing or from where the two elements came apart and were reattached. This does not detract from its overall beauty and the base and glass are firmly attached with no play at all. I tried to document the line in the photos the best I could.
