This is a really cool Green Band Scripto Vu brand cigarette lighter that advertises a Woman Golfer. Tank is pretty clear and the coloring is good. Chrome overall is good with only light scratching. Appears to have been fired. Cap hinge appears to be sprung. Doesn't close tightly. Is missing a wick. Still displays quite nicely.
